Shipping policy

Packages weighing 13 oz or less are shipped USPS First Class Parcel Mail. Packages weighing over 13 oz are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Shipping prices will be abased on package weight and the region the package will ship to.

Shipment Damaged In Transit
Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your shipment was damaged in transit. Keep all packaging and send pictures, if possible, in your contact message. We may need to file a claim with the shipping agent. In the meantime, we will offer a partial or full refund, as we deem appropriate. We may require you to return the damaged goods.

Shipments Never Received
All of our shipments have a tracking number. No reimbursements will be granted for shipments reported by the shipping agent as delivered. For shipments not received in a reasonable time, contact us so we can begin the query process with the shipping agent.
